REFUNDS
Refunds are made within 30 days of time of purchase. All returns must be sent with a completed “Product Return Form”. A delay may result in processing your return request if the Product Return Form is not completed and included with your returned item(s). Refunds do not include shipping fees unless items are deemed defective or in error and return shipping refunds in these cases are limited to the standard ground rate for your items.

Returned items must meet these simple requirements:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase – no exceptions
- Item must be in original condition
- Item and Return Form must be returned in sturdy packaging to insure it is not damaged through return shipping.
REFUND RETURNS:
All returns will be processed within three business days of receipt unless website indicates we are away for a period of time and when we will return to business as usual. Except when website indicates we are away, standard refunds will be issued within seven business days of receipt. Standard refunds are derived from your item(s) invoice amount, not including shipping and handling. Refunds are issued in the same method of payment as the purchase was originally made. An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of refund.
