Can you make special request jewelry pieces? I will try to make special request jewelry pieces, however, my stock of beading materials changes, and the availability of beading materials in the marketplace fluctuates, along with prices. I will research the market (online, retail and wholesale sources) for the most economical beads and findings for special request pieces.
I purchased a necklace and/or bracelet from jlovejewelry.com but it doesn’t fit. Can you make it longer or shorter? Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can send your jlovejewelry piece back for a change in length (contingent upon availability of beads for lengthening), however, please check the length you need prior to purchase. The lengths of all necklaces and bracelets are listed in the individual descriptions of the pieces. Please email me at questions@jlovejewelry.com before you send your piece back so that we can discuss the necessary work or arrange a time to discuss the revision over the telephone. The cost of shipping to jlovejewelry.com for a jewelry piece revision is the responsibility of the customer, as is return shipping to the customer’s shipping address if outside the continental United States. There is no charge to reduce the length of the piece but there may be a charge to increase the length depending on the quantity of additional beads and findings.
